Split Bean Coffee's Artisan Gourmet Marshmallows. All sold under our "Dulces del Rocío" Label. Our Marshmallows were voted one of the Top Five Artisan Marshmallows (#4 on the List) by Travel Savvy Magazine.
Our Old Fashioned Fluffy Gourmet Marshmallows are made in controlled small batches, cured, hand-cut, and sold by weight. There are about 18-21 pieces of about 1.5 inches squares per pound bag. We are generous with our bags and often contain extra marshmallows. We will gladly customize our flavors & packaging to fit your events needs. We do custom orders.

We can even add your logo to our packaging. We have over 21 flavors to choose from. Special flavors are subject to a minimum order. We have provided custom made confections to many large organizations.

Please do keep in mind that our marshmallows are preservative and additive free and have a limited shelf life of about 4-6 weeks. If you are ordering for your store, we much rather you order in small batches.
