OUR SERVICE LEVEL

Since all of our goods are hand made in small batches, and everything is made to order, processing your order during a high-volume period may take one week (7 days), plus shipping time. We ship all of our products via USPS Priority Mail, which is a 1-3 day service. Overnight service is available.

We micro-roast our coffees when you order and shipped ASAP so that you may enjoy the freshest coffee possible. We do not believe in storing our roasted beans for days, weeks or months like most coffee reseller and stores. Taste our any of our roasts, and you won't go back to ordinary coffees.

CATERING & SPECIAL EVENTS

We are paella specialists. Our Spanish trained executive chef will come your home, and cook a delicious paella in front of all your guests to see. Our cooking can be part of your guests entertainment. Our paellas are made with only the best ingredients available.
